How to make an order ?

You can get our quotation before you make your purchase, once you agree with the price and details you may confirm your order with our sales representative.

What to do when I receive a wrong or missing product(s)?

You can contact us at our contact page or WhatsApp us to resolve this issue.

Can I do an exchange for another product after receiving my order?

Yes, a one-to-one exchange on any faulty product but once the product(s) are sold, we are unable to offer refund.

How long will it take for my materials to arrive?

For International Shipping outside of West Malaysia takes 10 to 15 working days while local delivery within West Malaysia will take up to 5 working days. If you require special arrangements or need to know an exact arrival date, please contact us by email or call us +606- 952 7772.

How long is the printing production turnaround time?

A typical production time for an order is about 24* during business hours; however, the time varies with the volume and size of the order. Contact us for more accurate production time for your order.

Do you provide Delivery or Self Pickup Service?

Yes, we do provide delivery. If you are requesting for goods delivery please contact us for more info. Self Collection also available in our store.

How do you deliver my order in Malaysia?

We will be using local courier delivery service. You will receive an email from us on the delivery date and please note that delivery time will be from 9am to 6pm. Please remain contactable during this delivery period and ensure there is a person to receive the order. Re-delivery of your order may incur delivery charges.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide our customers tracking number.

What can I do when I received damaged good(s) during delivery?

You can contact the delivery company which delivered your order to you to seek compensation and we are able to provide you delivery information to make your claim easier.

What can I do if I did not receive my order? 

If you did not receive your order after two weeks from the day you received order fulfillment email from us, you can check with your local post office. If they are unable to locate your order, you can contact us at splendid.printing.sb@gmail.com so we are able to provide more information about your order.

Do you accept payment by Credit Card?

We are sorry, credit card payment only received for walk-in to our store. Online credit card payment has not offering at the moment.

Can I request for Credit Terms?

All orders must be fully paid upon confirmation of your print order. Please note that we will only start the production upon receipt of your full payment.
